Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for supporting global customers who use Huawei Cloud services, contributing package installations, configuration files changing, helping log analyses, issue escalating, customer support and incidents response. SRE will be working closely with other SRE teams and customers.
Site Reliability Engineers must be able to work autonomously and use your own initiative to proactively drive success for global customers. The role will involve working in close collaboration with the engineering teams. High knowledge will be gain for Huawei Cloud Services which are popular globally.
Team members has solid background in Cloud Services, Development, Analytical Approach and strategically thinks and is comfortable working across various platforms and systems.
- Locate customer problems.
- Assist customer to increase product reliability.
- Working closely with HQ members and interfaces.
- Help reliability team to solve customer’s problems.
- Work closely with technical support team for troubleshooting
- Make a close follow-up with engineering team.
- Responding to incidents timely.
- Usually communication as on-call responsibilities
