Your role:
- Serves as a contact for prospective sites/Site Management Organizations (SMOs), Principal Investigators (PIs) for conducting feasibility and site networking activities in assigned regions (SNS 2)
- Assists senior Site Network personnel in communication with prospective sites/SMOs/PIs (SNS 1)
- Assists in evaluating the possibility to perform clinical studies in assigned regions considering anticipated regulatory, ethical, operational and logistical challenges, availability of patient population, standard of care (in terms of background therapy and comparators), interest from medical community, acceptance of study specific procedures according to existing medical practices.
- Assists in creating feasibility strategy by defining list of prospective sites and countries, benchmarking and competition analysis.
- Contacts potential investigators to discuss the proposed studies and get feedback on clinical trial feasibility questionnaires, checks the integrity of responses, contributes to preparation of feasibility reports and feasibility questionnaire development.
- Maintains log of incoming feasibility requests, contacted sites, investigators, received responses.
- Supports and updates the database of potential sites, SMO’s and investigators.
Your Profile:
- Ability to work on a European schedule (time zone) with flexibility.
- Medical degree/ PhD or Master’s degree
- Fluent English (oral and written) and applicable local business language.
- At least 1-2 years (SNS 1) 2-3 years (SNS 2) of relevant experience in the field of practical healthcare and/or clinical research.
- Expertise in different therapeutic areas; deep knowledge of current medical practices and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of ICH-GCP, and local regulatory requirements.
- Ability to build trust and establish contacts quickly
- Ability to work and think in a high-stress environment
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
