Job Description:

The EPIQ Site Manager is responsible for overseeing service delivery across multiple areas: document production, mail services, and hospitality. This role involves managing staff, monitoring productivity, and collaborating with client leadership to enhance service offerings. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to foster relationships at all levels of management while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages daily operations, establishes policies, procedures, and priorities for printing, postal and hospitality operations to achieve quality printing in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensures that the area is adequately staffed daily and that all personnel are trained and cross-trained across all areas.
  • Prioritizes multiple and competing priorities while communicating team vision and creating a positive work culture.
  • Maintains formal contact with the client regularly and possesses an in-depth understanding of client requirements.
  • Manages total production labor percentages and improves quality of operations.
  • Ensure office services are managed expediently and manage workflow and productivity.
  • Identify and recommend service enhancements and value adds to clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine client complaints in collaboration with the Facilities Manager.
  • Supervise staff, including daily activities, goal setting, team meetings, performance reviews, and hiring.
  • Communicates job expectations and provides training, coaching, and counseling to direct reports.
  • Responsible for assessing talent, staff career development, and conducting performance management activities with support from assigned leadership.
  • Monitor and approve timecards weekly and prepare payroll reports.
  • Capture service volumes and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Partner with client leadership to discuss issues and recommend solutions.
  • Provide backup support to all core functions of the operation: Mail, print, shipping and receiving, and hospitality, if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Requires minimum of associate’s degree in business administration or 3 years related industry experience.
  • Exceptional leadership expertise with a track record of creating employee engagement and developing staff.
  • Planning: ability to forecast necessary changes in the organization.
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects with little oversight.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to client values.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Product Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with all levels of management and foster strong working relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess operations, problem solve and develop appropriate solutions/improvements.
  • Willingness to travel to other locations, as necessary.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. and regularly and stand, bend, push a cart for long periods of time
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
  • This position reports to the office daily. Monday - Friday. (No remote or hybrid work)

The Compensation range for this role is 65,379.50 - 78,455.00 USD Annual per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
