The Site Engagement Specialist oversees the full cycle of planning and administration for employee engagement initiatives, including themed events and town hall meetings. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Administration team to manage logistics, coordinate scheduling, secure meeting spaces and equipment, arrange catering services, and negotiate contracts, ensuring seamless execution of all events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand employee needs and preferences, and tailor engagement initiatives accordingly.
Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain a master calendar to coordinate all employee engagement activities, including monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, and providing regular updates on ongoing initiatives.

Collaborate with the TA Marketing team on site-level marketing and engagement initiatives.

Handle administrative tasks such as vendor sourcing and bidding, contract negotiation, and processing of purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), sales invoices, and payment requests.

Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in employee engagement and workplace culture; propose innovative ideas to continuously enhance engagement strategies.

Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and other assessments to gather insights on employee satisfaction and engagement, using data to inform future programs.

Perform other administrative and engagement-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Solid understanding of employee engagement principles, strategies, and industry best practices.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
