Responsibilities

• 財務データの正確性と整合性を確保するための管理手法の実施
• 事業拠点レベルの収益性およびプロセス健全性の分析・最適化
• 財務報告、月次決算、税務関連業務の遂行
• 変革プロジェクトや新しいプロセスの導入をリードまたはサポート
• 収益性に関する管理体制を評価・強化し、ビジネスの成長に貢献

What We’re Looking For

主体的に行動できる方、強いオーナーシップを持つ方
スピード感のある環境での業務に慣れている方
**日本語（読み書き・会話）**が堪能で、英語での業務対応が可能な方
財務・会計の実務経験があり、財務システムの使用経験があれば尚可
Big 4監査法人、財務コンサルティング、または業界での経験がある方歓迎

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through effective control procedures.
• Analyze and optimize operational profitability and process health metrics at the site level.
• Conduct financial reporting, month-end close, and tax-related tasks.
• Lead or support transformation projects and new process rollouts.
• Assess and enhance profitability controls to drive business success.

What We’re Looking For

Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent in Japanese (spoken & written), able to communicate professionally in English
Strong background in finance/accounting with hands-on experience in financial systems (a plus!).
Experience in Big 4 firms, financial consulting, or logistics industry is an advantage.
A team player who thrives in collaboration and problem-solving.
