職務内容

  • ジャパン タックス コンプライアンス リードにレポートして頂きます.
  • 法人税、消費税等の税務申告書の作成提出業務に対応して頂きます.尚、申告作業についてはBIG4税理士法人にサポート頂きます.また、グローバルミニマム課税の申告書作成提出に関与頂く可能性があります.
  • 多様な税務調査(法人税調査、源泉税調査、印紙税調査、輸入消費税の事後調査等)にご対応頂きます.
  • 外注先であるBIG4税理士法人の管理をして頂きます.
  • 日本における各種税制改正にご対応頂きます.
  • 期末のUSSOX統制文書化にご対応頂きます.
  • 税効果会計に関するJGAAPと法人税の会税一時差異についてスケジューリングをして頂きます.
  • 税務プロセスの更なる効率化とタックステクノロジー(例: SAP S4/HANA導入、Alteryx)の推進に関与頂きます.
  • 税制に関する各種渉外活動に関与頂きます.(例:地方公共団体からの税金見通しに関するアンケート対応等)
  • 会社内各部門からの税務相談にご対応頂き、また一般社員向けの税務教育に関与頂きます.


応募要件

  • 4年制大学で学士以上の学歴を保有されていること(会計/ファイナンス/税務又はこれらに類する分野)
  • 他者と協力して業務を進められるコミュニケーション能力があり、アサインされた業務を自分事として捉えられること
  • 税務取扱いや計算結果数値について細かく留意でき、税務取扱い、税務影響計算結果や計算構造について分析ができること
  • 複雑な税務の取扱いについて、税務知識のない社員に平易に説明ができること
  • 上場企業又は大手/準大手税理士法人において最低4~5年程度、法人税等の実務に従事されていること
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語のスキル(書類のやりとり及び会話において)がある場合、優遇されます.
  • SAPやオラクル社のHyperion等のERPシステムやAlteryx等のタックス・テクノロジーについて業務経験がある又は知見がある方は優遇されます.


Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
  • Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
  • Flexible Work Styles: Flextime, Telework
  • Benefits: Social Insurance, Retirement and Corporate Pension, Employee Stock Ownership Program, etc.
