 Lead SIOP process meetings to coordinate between customer demand and operation supply that drive improved effectiveness of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process
 Identify, understand and communicate sales demand forecast driver and perform resource requirement planning to establish production schedule that supports any opportunities to level load the plan to drive improvements and balance impact in inventory, fulfillment, cycle time, capacity management and growth with the ability to understand and influence the decisions to the entire value stream and overall business to meet customer delivery and minimize customer deviation risk.

This role supports the SIOP Manager in enhancing the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process. It delivers strategic insights to manage business changes, focusing on demand, capacity, and financial risk. The position leads SIOP meetings to align demand with supply over an 18-month horizon, improving forecast accuracy, resource planning, and scheduling. It helps optimize inventory, fulfillment, and capacity while minimizing delivery risks. Success in this role requires a self-driven, collaborative team player who can work independently and across functions.

Roles and  Responsibilities

  • Rapidly analyze historical data, market trends, and real-time customer inputs to deliver accurate business changes and potential risks and actionable insights that directly support business-critical decisions on a timely basis.
  • Take ownership of the monthly SIOP cycle, ensuring clear visibility, accountability, and follow-through on key deliverables drive alignment between demand and supply plans while promoting transparency and urgency in decision-making on short-term and long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to align business strategies with operational capabilities, assess capacity constraints and recommend resource plans that meet inventory and financial targets.
  • Leverage data analytics and planning tools to optimize inventory by developing strategies to reduce excess, minimize shortages and align on-time delivery with targets to balance capacity and financial risks across the value stream.
  • Drive continuous improvements to enhance overall SIOP effectiveness by eliminating process gaps, enhance forecast accuracy, automating reporting, shortening cycle times and streamlining cross-functional handoffs.

Qualification and Education Requirements (Education and Work experience that a candidate should have when applying for position)

Minimum Education required (specific field or equivalent):

Bachelor Degree in Business / Supply Chain

Minimum years of experience in role:

3-5

Preferred Skills (if any):

  • Strong analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude
  • Dynamic and highly driven with the ability to respond to changing business environment
  • SAP-based materials planning with MRP expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros). Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and analytics is a plus.

CORE:

  • Support the Continuous Improvement programs and CORE activities within the company
  • Minimum CORE Associate certification

EH&S:

  • Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company
  • Report all incidents (injuries, illnesses, near misses, spills etc), hazardous conditions, and emergencies to his/her supervisor
  • Responsible for performing a risk assessment of work activities, taking corrective and preventive actions
  • Comply with EH&S regulations/policies/programs/rules and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Participate in audits and inspections as and when required
  • Attend EH&S training programs and takes personal responsibility for safety
