We are seeking a highly skilled SIGINT Network Analyst with a background in military intelligence (Army 35T, 353T, or equivalent Air Force/Navy MOS) to support Airborne Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience with strategic SIGINT and GEOINT operations to analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain mission-critical networks and systems supporting airborne intelligence platforms. This position will provide support to Government Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) Operations in support of COCO Programs and will provide expertise for initial ingestion of data for remote sensor operation and PED training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct network analysis and performance optimization in support of airborne SIGINT missions.
- Support the configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IP-based tactical and airborne communication systems.
- Integrate SIGINT systems with ground and airborne platforms, ensuring interoperability across multi-domain operations.
- Provided Subject Matter Expertise in integrating both QRC and Program of Record SIGINT and GEOINT sensors into enterprise data processing systems, including virtualization of new systems.
- Support and make recommendations that may enhance AISR network architecture for effective collection and production of intelligence.
- Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in real-time operational environments.
- Provide technical support to mission planning, system testing, and post-mission data analysis.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system configurations.
- Collaborate with joint service operators, engineers, and analysts to ensure seamless mission execution.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior service in the U.S. Army as a 35T (Military Intelligence Systems Maintainer/Integrator) or 353T (Intelligence Systems Technician), or equivalent Air Force (1D7X1A, 1N4X1) / Navy (CTN, IT) MOS.
- 5+ years of directly related experience supporting SIGINT systems, with a focus on airborne ISR platforms.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking, encryption, secure communications, and data flow analysis.
- Experience working with RF, satellite communications (SATCOM), and tactical network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or similar network monitoring software.
- Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting programs such as Guardrail, RC-135, ARL, or similar airborne SIGINT and GEOINT platforms.
- Knowledge of geolocation techniques and collection operations.
- CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
- Experience working in joint and coalition environments.
- Experience working with NSA Net and TSB.
