In this role, you’ll be a key driver in transforming supply chain data into actionable insights. Your day will involve deep data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic decision-making to optimize supply chain efficiency and performance. From evaluating inventory strategies to modeling supplier performance and logistics networks, you'll help shape smarter supply chain decisions that drive cost savings, operational agility, and business success.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Data Analysis & Insights:

Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting supply chain data—ranging from inventory and transportation costs to supplier performance and demand forecasts.

Utilizing statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Preparing reports and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Inventory & Demand Optimization:
-
Analyzing inventory data to minimize carrying costs, reduce stockouts, and determine optimal stocking levels.

Developing inventory models and forecasting algorithms to support proactive planning.
-
Assisting in demand forecasting based on historical data and market trends in coordination with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Supplier & Transportation Analysis:
-
Evaluating supplier performance based on KPIs such as cost, quality, and on-time delivery.

Recommending actions to improve supplier relationships and reduce supply chain risk.

Analyzing logistics data to improve transportation routes, carrier selection, and distribution strategies.
Cost Efficiency & Risk Management:

Conducting cost-benefit and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses to inform sourcing and inventory strategies.

Identifying cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements across the supply chain.

Assessing risks such as supplier disruptions or delays, and developing mitigation plans to ensure continuity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Working closely with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain operations with broader business goals.

Sharing insights and driving collaboration across departments to support unified supply chain strategies.
Skills You Offer:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in cost analysis, procurement, or finance, particularly in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Strong data analysis, cost modeling, and financial reporting skills.
-
Familiarity with Siemens Product Cost Management (TcPCM) or similar tools is highly desirable.

Ability to interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier cost structures, and pricing models.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging stakeholders and suppliers.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently in a dynamic work environment.

High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Ability to work in a hybrid setup and collaborate across time zones.

Fluent in English.

Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time.
