As a Shopper Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for creating POS materials in line with brand communication in close cooperation with Marketing Department. You will be analysing data obtained from sales surveys and sales reports as well as managing & supporting local sales activities including preparation and distribution of sales support tools to sales representatives.
Other responsibilities:
- Administrating POS distribution center and trade invoices budget control
- Managing cooperation with third party suppliers (agencies)
- Monitoring in-store trends and analyzing competitors' activities
- Cooperation with Sales & Marketing Departments

For this role as a Shopper Marketing Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Graduate from Marketing / Management studies (or similar)
- Min. 1 year of experience and expertise in Shopper Marketing in the FMCG sector
- Strong analytical thinking & ability to go into details
- Accountability & priority setting
- Proactive, flexible, able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders;
- Demonstrates ability to think and act both strategically and operationally maximizing above market impact
- High level of MS Office knowledge (especially Power Point and Excel)
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
