We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Admin to join our Ships Agency team. This is an entry-level position that involves managing essential administrative and operational tasks, including invoice processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Handle the full cycle of invoice processing, including downloading, coding, dispatching, and approving invoices, while maintaining accurate records of Debit and Credit Notes.
  • Process and manage Disbursement of account and ensure all documentation meets fiscal requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Provide information to customers and internal teams, manage queries, and ensure timely communication.
  • Assist with other operational tasks as needed.
  • Monitor financial and operations systems, ensure timely reporting, and support the Operations Department with critical tasks.

What we need from you:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Operations, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Intermediate English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability: Proactive and able to adjust to changing priorities, new systems, and evolving industry standards.
  • If you have a basic accounting principles and experience with financial processes is a plus.
