主な業務範囲：

• 顧客のニーズを満たす製品や技術を特定し、開発する

• 市場、顧客、デュポンが提供する製品やサービスについて理解を得る

• ICSが提供する製品やサービスにおける技術プロセスを管理する

この技術者には自動車業界において様々なステークホルダーと緊密な関係を構築しながら協業して用途開発を遂行した経験が求められます。グローバルコミュニケーションスキルと協調性はこの役割での成功に不可欠であり、チームメンバーとの連携や独立して働く能力も求められます。

応募条件

• 電気電子、電子工学、機械工学、化学、または材料科学の学士号

• 技術的な専門性、顧客関係の構築能力、ビジネス開発経験。自動車関連での経験

• 主体的に行動する能力

• 環境の変化や異なる文化・価値観に適用し、知識やスキルを習得する柔軟性

• 日本語、英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 実験や開発現場での作業経験

あると望ましい経験・知識

• 高電圧電気機器の設計に3年以上の経験

• 電気電子業界における経験

• SalesForce.comや他のCRMシステムに関する知識

勤務地と出張

• 東京、川崎、名古屋オフィス、必要に応じて他拠点も考慮する

• 40%程度の出張を想定しています

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*. We also announced that we would retain the Water business. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and successful separation process for the Future Electronics business.
