Leidos is in search of a SharePoint Administrator to join the Antarctic Support Contract (ASC) team!
The SharePoint Administrator will support the development, deployment, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions. The candidate will work closely with project managers, end users, and IT teams to design and implement collaborative workflows and custom solutions that enhance business processes. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of SharePoint environments, configuration, and customization to meet organizational needs while ensuring alignment with security and privacy policies.
Due to contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
Must obtain a Public Trust security clearance prior to start date. This process could take up to 4 months.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 annually.

About the Antarctic Support Contract:
Leidos Antarctic Support Contract (ASC) is the prime contractor to the National Science Foundation (NSF) in support of the United States Antarctic Program (USAP). Leidos supports the NSF’s Office of Polar Program’s Antarctic Infrastructure and Logistics by aligning with their Mission and Vision Statements:

Vision: Expanding our scientific reach in Antarctica through increased operational and logistical effectiveness.

Mission: To provide the operational and logistical platform necessary for the U.S. to conduct world-class science in Antarctica and maintain its active and influential presence on the continent.
Leidos ASC provides science and logistics support for approximately 150 science and technical events across three geographically remote research stations; McMurdo Station, Palmer Station, and South Pole Station and several deep field sites across Antarctica. Each station or field site supports world class research across multiple science disciplines. The planning and implementation of science support requirements in Antarctica is a critical part of our mission.

The Challenge:

Develop, maintain, and support SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists.
-
Customize SharePoint workflows, web parts, and solutions based on user requirements.
-
Replace current InfoPath forms with custom solutions using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Collaborate with end-users to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-
Ensure that SharePoint design and features align with organizational security, information architecture, and usability best practices.

Perform troubleshooting and debugging of SharePoint-related issues.
-
Maintain system documentation and develop user guides as necessary.
-
Assist in SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and system improvements.

Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for new SharePoint solutions.

Participate in user training and provide user support for SharePoint administration, including permissions management and site configuration.
What Sets You Apart:
-
A BA degree and a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience solving technical problems (or managing the solution of technical problems) in the last five (5) years.

Experience working with SharePoint 2019 or Subscription Edition.

Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, workflows, and customization.
-
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for SharePoint customization.

Knowledge of SharePoint Designer

Experience in troubleshooting SharePoint issues and providing ongoing tech

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
You May Also Have:
-
Experience with SharePoint Farm administration, including managing platform availability, performance, and security.
-
Experience with SharePoint Online.
-
Experienced working with Power Automate and PowerApps.

Pay Range:Pay Range $67,600.00 - $122,200.00
