We are actively seeking a Data Analyst to join our DTO team based in Washington, DC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to our dynamic organization. The Navy’s Field Support Activity (FSA)/Budget Support Office (BSO) provides budget reporting and analysis to support OPNAV and is looking for a SharePoint Administrator/developer to support, implement, and maintain their SharePoint migration. The SharePoint Migration Administrator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the migration of content and data from legacy systems to their cloud-based SharePoint sites. This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, migration tools, and best practices to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to organizational operations. This is a high-visibility role and will require strong engagement and presentation skills.
Requirements:
• Clearance: Must possess a DoD Secret clearance or higher.
• Location: Local to Washington, DC, with the ability to work onsite at the Washington Navy Yard at least three days per week.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct data analysis and create visualizations for infrastructure investment assessments and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain integrated data models by combining multiple data sources.
• Perform statistical analysis and advanced analytics using Python and SQL within Databricks.
• Capture, translate, and document functional requirements and user needs into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to present data-driven insights supporting decision-making processes.
• Support technical reviews with government clients.
This position is full time, salaried, exempt.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience with SQL and Python for querying, scripting, and statistical analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Experience in data engineering, data architecture, and ETL methodology.
• Experience creating data models in Qlik (or similar tools like Tableau) to integrate multiple data sources for accurate and efficient reporting.
• Understanding of data automation principles.
• Experience with government systems such as Advana/Jupiter is a plus.
The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
