Grundlegende Funktion
Du bist verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Anlagen. Dies beinhaltet folgende Aufgaben:
Hauptaufgaben

Durchführung der regelmässigen Wartungsarbeiten an mechanischen, hydraulischen, elektrischen und elektronischen Komponenten von Aufzügen und Fahrtreppen innerhalb des zugewiesenen Servicekreises gemäss dem Wartungshandbuch durch
-
Identifizieren und vorschlagen von Reparatur- und Verbesserungsarbeiten an dem Vorgesetzten
-
Identifizieren und bestellen der benötigten Ersatzteile
-
Reparaturarbeiten "Circuit Court" (CC) durchführen
-
Verwendung der Diagnose- und Setup-Menüs zur Fehlerbehebung
-
Fehlersuche und Störungsbeseitigung
-
Befreiung der im Aufzug eingeschlossenen Personen
-
Regelmässiger Pikettdienst sicherstellen
Qualifikationen/ Erfahrung/ Kenntnisse
-
Ein Fähigkeitszeugnis im Elektrobereich oder gleichwertig mit idealerweise mehrjährigen Erfahrungen in der Aufzugswelt
-
Um die Verfügbarkeit während des Bereitschaftsdienstes gewährleisten zu können, ist es notwendig, dass der Mitarbeiter wohnt im Arbeitsbereich

Du hast ein kunden- und dienstleitungsorientiertes Auftreten sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
-
Du besitzt den Führerausweis Kat. B

Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
