Position Summary/Objective
As a vital member of OneSource Virtual’ s global Services Readiness team, this position is the face of both internal and external customers. The primary responsibilities are leading and managing the team.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist the team with training & process updates.
- Experience coordinating project deliverables.
- Partner with our internal teams & Leaders on any process improvements.
- Mentoring to the team & managing performance.
- Effective problem solver for internal peers and cross-functional teams.
- Review & provide suggestions on the Services Readiness on-boarding methodology.
- Assist in discussions, outlining processes & documentation for any new OSV service offerings.
- Assist with year-end project planning.
- Administer yearly goal setting/performance review criteria & conduct discussions with the team.
- Work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment to meet customer expectations.
- Contribute positively to the team environment and culture.
- Assist Manager with project volume & working with Sales Team on project deadlines.
- Lead efforts to continue to improve processes and efficiencies for the team and related areas.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience
- Business degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience & knowledge managing a team
- Expertise with Workday or other HRIS platform
