We are seeking a Services Partner Enablement Administrator (M/W/D) to join our team. This is a Hybrid opportunity based out of Langenfeld, Germany.
Job Summary
We are looking for an individual who is highly collaborative, initiative-taking, and who possesses a strategic mindset as well as strong attention to technical and end user experience detail. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive transformation through technology and process adoption is foundational to this role's success. This critical role significantly impacts the success of partners' ability to collaborate with the organization. You will need to be a dynamic individual that is both curious and responsive to the significant changes occurring within the organization. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with an understanding of technical learning and/or a background in a technical industry, combined with excellent project management, implementation, and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of materials to accelerate the partner onboarding process ensuring
    our global partners assimilate, effectively understand Imprivata solutions, and contribute within
    their new partnership as quickly and effectively as possible.
  • Work with International Channel Sales and Business Development to create a partner model for
    onboarding.
  • Independently manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously, including prioritization,
    timeline, risks, execution, communication, and conflict management.
  • Monitor project quality gates and measurement models for partner success and requirements.
  • Working closely with department managers, analyzing partner needs, including learning
    approaches and curricula.
  • In collaboration with department managers and SMEs, inventory current content and perform gap
    analyses to improve the quality and effectiveness of onboarding content.
  • Monitor and provide initiative-taking communication and risk mitigation for multiple projects and
    priorities.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective content.
  • Provide content and curriculum feedback through assessment metrics with course developers to
    ensure content quality improves iteratively.
  • Gather feedback from new partners, mentors, and managers to continuously improve the
    onboarding program.
  • Travel up to 40%
  • Additional duties as assigned and required


Required Qualifications

  • 4-5 years related experience with a bachelor's degree or related international educational
    experience; services implementations, project management, preferably in sales enablement related fields.
  • Ability to use industry and internal best practices and knowledge to improve processes and
    resolve complex problems, or problems where current processes or precedents may not exist.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company.
  • Familiarity with privacy, security, and cloud computing concepts a plus
  • Expertise in Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills include presenting, editing, and writing, accuracy and attention to
    detail required, and a desire to coach others.
  • Strong organization, planning, problem resolution, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to connect with people and build effective work relationships.
  • Must have experience in developing work plans and project scopes.
