THE OPPORTUNITY
CONTEXT:
We are seeking a Services Advisory Lead based in Singapore to support our expanding presence across the APAC region. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers—helping them envision and achieve successful solution implementations, and help identifying and articulating the strategic, financial, and operational value of Ivalua’s platform.
ROLE:
Reporting to the Global Head of Services Advisory (North America), you will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, Professional Services, Alliance Teams, and our partner ecosystem. By providing advisory guidance and quantifiable business outcomes, you will play an essential role in shaping transformative programs for our clients.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
Sales & Advisory Engagement
- Collaborate with Account Executives to evaluate client needs and recommend a delivery strategy that optimizes outcomes, balancing partner-delivered or direct engagements.
- Convey the value proposition of Ivalua’s implementation and services approach, ensuring clarity on scope, resource requirements, and timelines.
- Serve as the client’s trusted advisor from pre-sales through project launch, offering strategic counsel to drive adoption and realize procurement transformation goals.
- Preferred - Engage with customers’ senior stakeholders to identify areas for operational improvement, process streamlining, and cost savings.
- Preferred - Use diagnostic methods and industry benchmarks to discover new opportunities for value creation, developing business cases and ROI analyses that resonate with executive audiences
Implementation Readiness & Contracting
- Scope, estimate, and propose Statements of Work (SOW), collaborating with Professional Services and Alliance teams on partner subcontracting as needed.
- Provide clear, accurate project timelines and delivery methodologies to ensure stakeholders understand the roadmap for success.
- Maintain visibility into contracting processes and deal progress, promptly addressing issues or risks that may impact delivery.
Methodology & Tools Enhancement
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Ivalua’s services delivery model by refining scoping, pricing, and contracting templates.
- Champion best practices for service delivery, ensuring cross-functional alignment among Sales, Services, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.
YOUR PROFILE

Skills and Experience:
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Professional Experience
- Successful track record in services advisory, services sales, or management consulting, particularly with cloud software implementations.
- Preferred - Exposure to value engineering, business process optimization, or ROI-focused engagements in areas such as procurement, supply chain, or finance transformation.
Domain & Functional Expertise
- Strong familiarity with Source-to-Pay processes (e.g., Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Accounts Payable).
- Ability to translate technical and functional capabilities into tangible business benefits for stakeholders at all levels.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Adept at building trusted executive relationships and conveying complex concepts succinctly.
- Exceptional presentation and writing skills, able to articulate value propositions and service offerings convincingly.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Product Marketing, and Alliance teams, as well as with external partners.
- Comfort with an entrepreneurial culture, self-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering measurable client outcomes.
Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to ~50–60% across the APAC region, with occasional global travel as needed.
