As part of our commitment to growth in the new year, our ServiceNow Practice is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join their highly successful and supportive team.

To be considered for this role, you must hold current certifications as a Certified Technical Architect / Certified Master Architect with experience in at least 3 workflow areas i.e ITAM/ITOM/IRM/SECOPS/ITSM/HRSD and or Integration.

Baseline Security Clearance (minimum) is required for this position - Candidates who are Australian Citizens willing to obtain the minimum-security requirements for this role will also be considered.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Provides technical consulting services to clients in the discipline of system architecture and component integration; ensures that technical solutions solve business problems; possesses a much broader range of business and technical expertise; translates business requirements into technical requirements and assists other team members in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Prepares and assists with customer roadmap planning
  • Works independently within a business area and assists at the enterprise level to influence the technical decisions during all phases of the project
  • Knows relevant issues and considerations in selecting both technical software packages and vendors including capabilities, clients who have installed them, and user experiences with them
  • Designs and constructs interfaces across platforms
  • Provides consulting support to projects during the vision and strategy, architecture, and development phases
  • Leads a team of 6-10 resources (company, client and third-party resources) in area of expertise to conclusion of a project phase
  • Provides input in identifying issues and considerations for selecting business application packages and vendors
  • Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and clients to ensure satisfaction for both
  • Influences decisions and project direction at the executive level
  • Performs consultative selling and leverages business through superior delivery skills, client relations and subject matter expertise
  • Participates in proposal efforts and sales calls
  • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel
  • Communicates in formal presentation settings including medium to large sized groups of key decision makers at the executive level; tailors presentations to needs and interests of the audience. Develops articles and white papers covering areas of expertise

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Five or more years of consulting experience with technical architecture analysis and design
  • Three to five years of additional relevant experience in one or more technical specialty areas
  • Experience working with company, client , and/or equivalent vendor-mandated methodology
  • Experience working with the client's enterprise products, services, and strategies
  • Experience working with at least two technical platforms and associated integration techniques
