Be an architect of change and join us on our journey! Cask is seeking a Technical Architect specializing in ITSM to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. In this role, you will you’ll lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, acting as the primary technical point-of-contact for our customers. You’ll facilitate requirements workshops, define scalable architectures, and ensure best practices in development and integration. From overseeing development quality to mentoring technical teams, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-impact solutions that empower businesses. In this role, you will be working onsite in a cleared facility in Chantilly, VA. DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required.
Here's what you'll dive into:
- Lead technical solutions, acting as the primary point-of-contact between Cask’s development team and customers
- Define architecture and design solutions aligned with business needs and ServiceNow best practices
- Co-lead requirements workshops, providing technical guidance and capturing key business and technical needs
- Oversee developers’ work, ensuring quality and hands-on execution for complex tasks
- Manage sprint demos, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers to prevent scope creep and resolve technical challenges
- Mentor developers and technical consultants on design standards and best practices
- Stay current on the latest ServiceNow products and integration technologies
- Support pre-sales by scoping service engagements and researching integration solutions
Here’s what you bring to the role:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation and consulting experience
- Deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Strong experience with scripting and workflows
- Customer-centric attitude and situational awareness
- Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Fundamental understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP
- 2+ active ServiceNow CIS certifications
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Note: Base salary range is $140,000 to $170,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
