Job Description
As a ServiceNow administrator you will be responsible for the maintenance, development and deployment of the Now Platform for Nexthink. Working closely with the ITSM Manager, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of processes as well as any key enhancement for our stakeholders. You will be working in a fast-growing team, being part of a fast decision-making process. You will be part of an international team where your ideas will be welcomed, and you will be supported in the day-to-day challenges you will face.
Responsibilities
- User administration: create groups, assign roles and maintain documentation.
- Propose and execute ServiceNow implementation solutions to functional requirements.
- Lead and execute the maintenance of the platform: patches, upgrades and system clones.
- Lead the technical implementation of any future workflows within the ServiceNow platform and coordinate all parties.
- Manage and build integrations.
- Maintain and develop Service Catalogs.
- Complete service requests and create and execute changes within the platform.
- Build and coordinate the execution of UAT plans.
- Writing client/server scripts: Ui policies, UI, actions, Business rules, etc.
- Communicate and/or train stakeholders on the processes and new functionalities.
- Create and maintain documentation on the platform development and administration.
- Provide support on the ServiceNow platform.
- Coordinate with third parties when required.
- Maintain projects tasks up to date and documented.
- Contribute to continual improvement plans.
Qualifications
- 1+ years as ServiceNow administrator
- Very good communication skills and teamwork
- Good knowledge in LDAP administration
- ServiceNow CSA
- Javascript knowledge.
- Good level of written spoken English.
- Problem solving skills
- Strong motivation to learn new concepts and technologies
- University degree is a plus
- ITIL Foundations is a plus
