Department OverviewThe mission of the Federal Sales Support Operations team is to provide comprehensive sales support that complements the efforts of our field sales force. We indirectly impact sales growth by enabling our sales team and channel partners to spend more time in front of customers, sell more and focus on driving new opportunities.
Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for managing the daily pre and post-sale business activities associated with Federal Service Proposals and Orders
- Be a focal point for Service Orders within the Federal Operations Team
- Utilize proactive management skills to drive prioritization within our channel partner community
- Tactfully and courteously interface with field sales and service representatives in order to build strong business relationships
- Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Effectively communicate with channel partners and manufacturer representatives to resolve post-sale service issues
- Responsible for identifying process improvements and working to standardize best practices
- Educate customers on respective Motorola business processes and procedures
- Maintain Departmental and Organizational business goals
Additional Knowledge/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of business, office, and/or administrative experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Effective time management skills required
- Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Windows and Google based applications
- Customer-focused and detail-orientated individual
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high stress/fast-paced work environment
- Confident individual who is willing to assume responsibility
- Adaptive and flexible (changing technologies, processes, environments)
- Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Team player
Target Base Salary Range: $56,900 - $105,300 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
