SEO Specialist

for ensuring that all our businesses on the Fyndr platform are visible on search engines and

helping us acquire organic web traffic.

Job Description:

Position Overview: As an SEO Specialist at NucleusTeq, you will play a pivotal role in

optimizing our platform to improve search engine visibility, increase organic web traffic, and

enhance user engagement. This role is ideal for individuals with 4-6 years of experience in SEO

who are looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to

improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the Fyndr platform.

2. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-traffic,

relevant keywords and phrases for our platform and the businesses listed on it.

3. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta descriptions, headings, and

tags to ensure they are search engine friendly.

4. Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken

links, and page load speeds to enhance website performance.

5. Content Creation and Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create and

optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent and search engine

algorithms.

6. Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain

authority and improve search engine rankings.

7. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google

Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software. Provide regular reports on

key metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

8. Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry

trends, competitor strategies, and best practices.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, development, and product teams to

ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the platform.

10. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry

changes to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant with search engine

guidelines.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Preferred).

● 4-6 years of experience in SEO.

● Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best

practices.

● Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush,

Ahrefs, etc.

● Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
