SEO Lead (Liven)

We seek an SEO Lead to join one of our fast-growing businesses, Liven.

Liven is a well-being platform that integrates knowledge of human behavior into users’ daily lives, empowering them to optimize their emotional well-being. We make behavioral techniques accessible to individuals, enabling them to reduce procrastination and stress, enhance focus and energy levels, and improve their overall well-being.
Liven, launched in early 2023, has rapidly expanded over the past months, growing from a team of 3 to 35 individuals. Backed by solid unit economics and impressive growth, we offer a unique opportunity for talented individuals to join our high-performing team.

At Liven, we defy the conventional notion of linear career paths, encouraging every new team member to drive their initiatives beyond their scope.

You will:
— Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy for multi-geo markets that aligns with company goals and ensures sustainable organic traffic growth with a focus on conversions.
— Identify and monitor SEO key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, search engine rankings, conversions, and overall ROI.
— Build a strong SEO team to ensure achieving business goals.
— Manage the SEO department’s budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
— Ensure clear communication and cooperation between stakeholders and different teams.

You have:
— Have experience in building an SEO direction from scratch
— Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Serpstat, Semrush, Similar Web)
— In-depth expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, link building
— Experience in working with experiments
— Experience in conducting audits
— Experience with Tier-1 countries
— Have experience in hiring and leading the SEO team
— Ability to collaborate efficiently with the engineering team
— Excellent communication skills with a proactive and ownership-driven approach
— Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
