The Role & The Team:

The FP&A team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic, financial, and operational decision-making across Druva. We are seeking a Finance manager that will build a deep partnership with our sales leadership team to drive initiatives including business planning, strategy, and strategic projects. This is a high-impact role that will offer substantial leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive value creation to the company.  

What You Will Do:

  • Support the Finance and Sales leadership with financial analysis and modeling, including sales capacity modeling, commissions forecasting, pipeline analysis, renewal analysis, and maintaining the GTM model
  • Develop and own ARR & Bookings models, iterate and refine sales cycle assumptions to improve forecasting accuracy
  • Partner with CRO and lead the financial planning process including managing the department-level budgets, variance analysis and monthly reporting packages
  • Develop, operationalize, and report bookings and ARR targets on an annual and quarterly basis
  • Support sales leaders in reviewing financial and operational performance by preparing presentations that effectively convey the story behind the analytical insights
  • Provide GTM Leadership with meaningful analytics and insights into financial and operational performance and trends

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in Sales Finance/FP&A, investment banking, and/or consulting with preference for enterprise software or SaaS businesses
  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA or CPA a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and maintain complex financial models
  • You have experience supporting GTM functions (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and/or Client Success) in a Finance or Operations role
  • You are comfortable working in cross-functional environments, able to navigate seamlessly between different functions, skillsets, and perspectives
  • You are data-driven but also committed to supporting fast-paced, “good, not perfect” decision-making
  • Strong business and analytical acumen in order to influence and drive effective decision making
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and go-getter attitude with a proven ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Understanding of SaaS / subscription model business metrics & drivers such as marketing funnel, conversions, pipeline, LTV/CAC, ACV, TCV, renewal rates, churn, ARR, net retention
  • Strong prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under changing conditions and tight deadlines
  • Adaptive, SFDC, Looker, Sigma and/or NetSuite experience would be a plus


The pay range for this position is expected to be between $135,000 and $232,667/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
