Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Manage office operations, supplies, and facilities to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize corporate records, contracts, and confidential documents.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle internal and external communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Data Management: Maintain databases, update records, and generate reports as needed.
  • HR Support: Assist in onboarding new employees, maintaining HR records, and coordinating training programs.
  • Event Planning: Organize corporate meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Manage relationships with service providers, clients, and business partners.
  • Finance Assistance: Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting.
  • Travel support : visa documentation, support in internal travel requirements
