Position Title: Senior Workday Analyst - Core HCM
Position Overview:
The Senior Workday Analyst - Core HCM manages and optimizes the Core HCM module in Workday to support HR operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert, ensuring system functionality, data accuracy, and alignment with business needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead configurations, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Core HCM module
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions to meet organizational needs
- Configure and maintain HCM functionalities with a focus on user experience and automation focus
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure seamless operations
- Review and test Workday releases to identify and implement new Core HCM features
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support implementations and new enhancements
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices for reference
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field
- 6+ years of HRIS experience, with technical expertise in Workday Core HCM
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and system thinking
- Solid understanding of key HR business processes
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Workday certification in Core HCM
- Experience in global, highly matrixed organization
