  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to drive attendance and maximize reach.

  • Support Matterport’s presence at trade shows and industry events, ensuring brand consistency and engagement opportunities through speaking engagements, live demonstrations, and lead capture.

  • Collaborate with event and sales teams to align webinar and trade show strategies with broader marketing goals.

  • Continuously refine webinar and event formats, messaging, and content to align with company objectives and audience needs.

  • Ensure seamless execution of webinars and event-related initiatives, including live management and troubleshooting.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experienced in managing multiple webinar programs and optimizing for audience engagement.

  • Skilled at coordinating trade show presence, including booth management, speaker engagements, and lead-generation efforts.

  • Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
