The impact you'll have:

  • Lead the design process from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and effective visual solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, branding, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements, interpret briefs, and translate concepts into compelling visual designs that communicate key messages, enhance brand awareness, and drive conversions aligned with campaign goals.
  • Create and produce a wide range of design assets, including but not limited to digital and print materials, such as digital ads, presentations, static and animated social media graphics, sales enablement collateral, infographics, and website elements.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards, ensuring consistency and coherence across different platforms and channels.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering feedback, support, and creative direction to help them develop their skills and grow professionally.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into our design practices to ensure that our visual assets remain fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to support design projects, ensuring that deliverables meet our standards of quality and excellence.
  • Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas, insights, and feedback to enhance the overall creative process, help our brand stand out in the market, and deliver outstanding results.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding and promoting our brand identity and values through all design work and interactions, both internally and externally.

What you'll bring:

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating creativity, originality, and technical proficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools and technologies.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present ideas and concepts, and receive feedback constructively.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide junior designers to achieve their full potential.
  • A passion for design excellence and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, preferably in a creative agency, design studio, or in-house creative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.

U.S. Pay Range

$81,500$102,500 USD

Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate, and is provided pursuant to Equal Pay Laws. SchoolStatus intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, such as experience. Our team will provide more information about the total compensation package for this position during the interview process.
