Job Description

Are you passionate about the future of AI-driven video production? Do you have the skills to merge human creativity with cutting-edge technology? We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead our AI video content creation, bringing innovative ideas to life and setting new industry standards.

• Work closely with designers, writers, and other editors to conceptualize and execute AI-enhanced projects.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to create, edit, and enhance engaging video content.
• Polish AI-generated footage to ensure a seamless, professional look while maintaining storytelling integrity.
• Trim, rearrange, and optimize video content to ensure a seamless flow and impactful storytelling.
• Develop efficient editing processes to maximize productivity while integrating AI into video post-production.
• Ensure that videos / AI-generated visuals adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and messaging.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, trends, and software to continuously improve your skills.
• Research and implement the latest AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Sora, Kling AI) to push the boundaries of content creation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
• Experience with AI video tools is a strong advantage (but not mandatory—willingness to learn is!).
• Ability to shape compelling narratives, using AI as a tool to enhance—not replace—human creativity.
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and various distribution platforms.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
