Position:Senior Vice President, Market President

Position Summary:Senior leader accountable for customer relationships and performance within a geographic region. Leads Market General Managers and may have direct accountability for high-strategic-value health systems within the region. Owns the market strategies, is responsible for region P&L, growth, and ultimate success in the as measured by customer NPS and value creation. Responsible for effectively executing the strategy within the Lumeris matrixed organization.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving highly aligned long-term relationships with the Health Systems and executive teams within the region.
  • Leads the market teams to drive initiatives with providers, payers, and Lumeris central teams that support the markets.
  • Full responsibility of P&L and operating performance for all accounts in the market. 
  • Accountable for profitable revenue growth which includes delivering on current contracts and budgeted revenues, identifying new value opportunities, upselling within the account, and meeting growth targets.
  • Provides leadership support to General Managers as needed for overall account governance, including strategic executive oversight committees, service delivery governance, and issues requiring escalation to meet market contractual obligations and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Drives high quality results by focusing on, anticipating, and supporting customer needs.
  • Leverages and embraces technology to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and improved clinical results. 
  • Leverages customer relationships/knowledge to contribute to the strategic development of Lumeris' product and solutions.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of healthcare executive leadership experience with proven success
  • Bachelor's degree: Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven success in enterprise, solution based-selling within large complex health entities
  • Expertise in value-based care models across Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial populations
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare payment models and delivery structures
  • Powerful communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to influence and impact results at levels internally and externally
  • Exemplary business acumen, executive presence, and a demonstrated ability to create and enhance strategic relationships
  • Ability to create and impact a complex agenda of progressive healthcare service and technology programs culminating in customer adoption
  • Distinguished ability to create results and deliver on short time frames in a high-performing and high-growth environment
  • Skilled at recognizing the accomplishments of the team and supporting personal development and growth

The hiring range for this position is:

$238,300.00-$350,575.00
