KINTO Join is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. The role involves working across our two main products, KINTO Join and KINTO Ride, to conduct user research and drive design solutions across mobile and web based administration portals. This role is essential in helping us grow our user base and retention by ensuring our products meet the needs of our users and clients. The position requires a flexible and creative individual who thrives in a rapidly changing environment and is comfortable working remotely with a diverse European team. What you will be doing
As a Senior UX Researcher at KINTO Join, you will be responsible for navigating relationships with multiple clients from various European countries and working closely with product owners to understand users' experiences and contribute to design solutions. You will integrate these insights into our product development lifecycle, playing a crucial role in user testing, concept validation, ideation, and presenting research findings to the broader business.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Conduct regular user testing to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to drive design solutions based on user insights.
- Conduct user interviews for concept validation and ideation.
- Build and maintain a central user research repository.
- Deliver presentations and create newsletters to update the business on research findings.
- Champion UX research within the organisation, advocating for its integration into the product life cycle.
- Work remotely and effectively across a diverse European team.
- Navigate and manage relationships with multiple B2B2C clients from different countries.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a UX Researcher, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user research methods and outcomes.
- Experience conducting user research in a B2B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to run workshops and engage stakeholders in the research process.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Adaptability and creativity in a rapidly changing product environment.
- Understanding of product roadmaps and integrating user research into the product life cycle.
- Familiarity with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Dovetail, Glean.ly, UserBrain).
- Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
- You should hold the equivalent of a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in human behaviour related fields e.g. Computer Science, HCI, Experimental Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, Political Science or similar topic.
If you have the following skills, this will also be useful:
- Experience working with clients from various European countries.
- Familiarity with the transportation or mobility sector.
- Proficiency in multiple European languages.
- Experience with market research techniques.
- Knowledge of UX design tools and software.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g.,UXCam) is a plus.
