  • As a Senior UX Developer and Collaboration Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital workplace experience for Marvell employees.   • Design and Develop Web Applications: Create responsive, high-performance web applications that provide intuitive user experiences.

  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Architectural Leadership: Design scalable and maintainable front-end solutions that align with industry best practices.

  • AI Integration: Leverage AI technologies to optimize development workflows and enhance platform capabilities.

  • Intranet Management: Oversee and optimize our corporate intranet platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our workforce.

  • Conversational Assistant Development: Develop and maintain our AI-powered conversational assistant to improve employee interactions and support.

  • Collaboration Tools Integration: Ensure seamless integration of collaboration tools and platforms to enhance team productivity.

  • User Feedback Analysis: Analyze user data and feedback to continually improve digital workplace solutions.

  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to align technology solutions with business needs.

  • Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and establish best practices to maintain code quality.

  • Research and Implementation: Investigate and implement emerging web technologies and AI-driven tools to keep our platforms innovative.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 8+ years of senior front-end development experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Vue.js, or Angular, HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, state management libraries (Redux, MobX), TypeScript, and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite).
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Django or Flask, RESTful API development, backend-frontend integration, and Python-based AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Soft Skills and Personal Attributes:
  • Exceptional mentorship and coaching abilities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous mentorship experience.
  • Published technical blog posts or open-source contributions.
  • Speaking experience at tech conferences.
  • Experience with UX design principles and project management.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

126,830 - 190,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
