Job Description

We're looking for a great Senior User Experience Design Manager to join our growing BI Product Management team and help create and accelerate our growth ambitions. We have a wealth of ideas, a fantastic team, and the desire to help more SMEs make better financial decisions. Our goal is to provide lenders with the best analytics and data to help SMEs thrive without exceeding their risk appetite.

You'll report to the Product Director (#LI-hybrid) for Software and work closely with our Product Management teams, steering the evolution of our application user interface designs. You will oversee the creation of intuitive functionality, wireframes, and prototypes, collaborating with development teams and gathering feedback during the product development lifecycle. This position requires leadership and relationship skills, with a track record of designing high-quality user interfaces for major software applications.

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Business Analysts, and Development teams to create high-quality user experiences for complex software applications.
  • Create standard UX documentation including conceptual models, wireframes, user flows, user scenarios, navigation schemas, and working prototypes.
  • Develop and maintain internal standards, templates, and processes for a consistent user experience.
  • Oversee the creation of mock-ups and functional prototypes.
  • Ensure successful implementation of designs with development teams.
  • Support operational needs with style guides and visual branding.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years user interface design and usability evaluation experience (preferably around web-based UIs).
  • High degree of creativity & interaction design
  • Expertise in UX design standards and workflow processes using Figma, Axure or similar
  • Ability to present visual designs to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with usability testing processes and prototyping.
  • Good understanding of product development lifecycle; some knowledge of product and project management
