General Summary
The Sr. UX Designer will be responsible for collaborating with core teams in a fast-paced SaaS/Agile environment to create a best-in-class user experience for our ConnectWise suite of web applications.
They have a well articulated design philosophy and they can lead the design process from research all the way through to high-fidelity design. A Sr. UX Designer is also someone who can communicate ideas cohesively and defend designs, build stakeholder alignment, and commission specific research in an effort to guide ongoing product development. They should be able to help the team strategy growth by mentoring Jr. UX designers.
Essential Duties
- Collaborate with core teams to understand the product requirements, use cases and user journeys to defining and driving strategic direction from a user experience perspective.
- Proactively identify issues, gaps, or other areas of concern or opportunity and advocate for that change by working with peers and leadership to build consensus and take action.
- Delivery of UI/UX artifacts, while adhering to timelines, coding standards, product requirements, and quality.
- Design or deliver design feedback on anything from workflows and wireframes to prototypes.
- Embed design-thinking processes around rapid prototyping, testing and iteration.
- Maintain design consistency, utilizing our DSM, defined patterns, interaction design, etc.
- Help mentor a growing team of talented UI and UX Designers.
