 What Will Your Role Be

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer/ Researcher (f/m/d) to join our team in Berlin/ Leipzig or remote. You will be part of the User Research & User Experience team "URX," which consists of User Researchers and UX/UI Designers, and you will work closely with Product Management, Analytics, as well as stakeholders from Business and Marketing. The role would combine creativity with analytical thinking to enhance user experiences and allow you to stay at the forefront of design trends, and continuously innovate. This position would be ideal for someone with a proactive attitude who thrives on driving large-scale projects to success. We're looking forward to receiving your application!

 What You´ll Do 

  • You will actively shape the future User Experience of our D2C shops and products in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. 
  • You will continuously improve the user experience of our customers by initiating and applying qualitative (e.g., interviews, focus groups, usability tests) and quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys). 
  • You will be responsible for planning research roadmaps, selecting appropriate methods, independently conducting research studies, and analyzing them. 
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user insights are integrated into all stages of product development. 
  • In close collaboration with stakeholders, product managers, and UX designers, you will develop user-centered concepts to increase customer satisfaction, user experience, and conversion rates. 
  • You will present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing product roadmaps and business strategies.  
  • Together with the teams, you will derive follow-up studies and experiments, develop hypotheses, and support the execution of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experiments.

 What You´ll Bring 

  • Ideally you have a Master’s degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.  
  • You have gained substantial experience in user or market research and CRO, ideally in the e-commerce, fashion sector.
  • You have demonstrated experience in leading large-scale research projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • You possess excellent methodological skills in both qualitative and quantitative user research, and you are well-versed in Human-Centered Design and User Experience Design principles.
  • You are familiar with common research tools (e.g., UserTesting, UserZoom, Hotjar, Dovetail, SurveyMonkey) and UX design tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Adobe) is a plus.
  • You have strong analytical skills, you are well-organized, a true team player, and an excellent communicator.
  • You are used to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and are characterized by a proactive, collaborative, and curious hands-on mentality.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
