We're looking for someone with:
- Extensive experience developing applications using Microsoft .NET framework 4.0 or higher and Microsoft C# 4.0 or higher (5+ years)
- In-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server environment (5+ years)
- Proven experience with software development processes, best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- A strong track record of developing and maintaining WebAPI applications and services (4+ years)
- Expert-level experience with Umbraco CMS, including customization and integrations (4+ years)
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, and developers (both remote and in-person)
- The ability to mentor junior developers and share your knowledge
- A strong work ethic, self-organization, and a structured approach to work
- A passion for teamwork, collaboration, and supporting others
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
- Strong English language skills (B2 level)
Bonus points for:
- German language skills
- Experience with .NET Core, GraphQL, and React
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps
- Experience with leading agile development methodologies
