Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and enhance the user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to build solutions that meet user needs and align with PetroApp's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces using Figma.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across products.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Ensure responsiveness and accessibility best practices in UI design.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) for additional design assets when needed.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital products.
- Strong UI design skills with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Prototyping, etc.).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with teams.
