Senior UI Designer
At Kantar, we’re transforming the marketing industry with our innovative unified marketing measurement and optimization product. Our goal is to deliver impactful insights that help our clients enhance growth and maximize marketing ROI. We’re a global company with a dedicated team, passionate about creating exceptional user experiences for our customers. We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the ongoing development of our LIFT ROI product.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces for our software products, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members to translate user requirements into interactive and intuitive designs.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and user flow diagrams to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Work with UX designers to integrate user research and usability testing insights into the UI design process.
- Maintain and evolve design guidelines, best practices, and standards for the LIFT ROI product.
- Present design ideas and deliverables to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our product’s user experience.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, including prototypes and user flows.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a keen interest in keeping up with the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies.
