SENIOR Treasury Operations ANALYST

Reports to: Head of Treasury Operations

The Role
Global Daily Cash Management
- Oversee multi-currency global cash pooling and manage intercompany current accounts.
- Conduct cash reconciliation and positioning for all global accounts within scope.
- Execute daily foreign exchange operations, including trade confirmations & settlements.
- Manage treasury payments and streamline intercompany settlements.
- Orchestrate the monthly group netting cycle, ensuring participation from all companies.
- Lead global bank account opening and closing processes, including central KYC handling.
- Monitor and optimize group banking fees.
- Foster a cohesive Treasury Operations community across our Regions, ensuring harmonized cash management processes and enhanced visibility of short-term cash positions.
Cash Investments
- Coordinate the investment of the Group's excess liquidity.
- Contribute to the diversification of our portfolios by introducing innovative solutions that align with our financial performance ambitions and our commitment to ESG principles, in line with CHANEL's sustainability goals.
Middle/Back Office
- Provide supportive documentation and data to the Corporate Accounting Team to ensure accurate booking of treasury activities, including loans, derivatives, cash positions, and cash investments.
- Enforce global cash management and investment policies across our diverse regions and markets.
- Produce a monthly cash and investment report that provides insights to top management on cash management performance.
Treasury Transformation Journey
- Ensure data integrity within the Group's Treasury Management System (TMS).
- Drive process efficiency through automation and the implementation of Business Intelligence tools.

Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in cash and liquidity management, cash forecasting, bank account management, FX operations, and intercompany financing.
- Technical expertise in banking, FX and cash management services and solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years of treasury operations experience in an international corporation.
- Affinity for technology and a strong focus on automation.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
