Job Description
Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
- Responsible for the accuracy of budgets and forecasts
- Building and maintaining financial models
- Providing financial analysis and reports on key performance indicators
- Creating internal reports to support the company’s decision-making process
- Analyzing historical data and conducting financial analysis
- Reporting on variance analysis, pipeline analysis and suggest relevant actions
- Advisory function to key stakeholders
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Building, scaling and tuning the revenue model. .
- Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success.
- Analyse FTE needs in line with the revenue pipeline evolution
- Analyse profitability metrics and propose action points
- Communication/collaboration with internal departments on financial performance
- Preparation of management reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
- Very good command of Excel;
- At least 5 years of experience in a Financial Analysis role
- Team-player, able to collaborate and professionally communicate with business and support functions (both via mail and orally);
- Analytically-focused, ability to break down a problem and determine the right solution;
- A first experience in a similar position is an asset;
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). French knowledge is an asset;
- Structured mind-set with an eye for detail;
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and co-ordinate workload and work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- High level of commitment and “can do” attitude
- Honest and integer personality
