Job Summary:

We are seeking a EMEA Total Rewards Manager to join our team. The Total Rewards Manager will work closely with our Total Rewards team to develop compensation processes, tools, and programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

As the EMEA Total Rewards Manager, you will manage the development, design, and implementation of short and long term compensation and benefit programs and policies in EMEA to support OutSystems’ business strategy along with the Sr. Director, Total Rewards. Ultimately building fair and attractive programs that help us improve employee satisfaction, reduce turnover and create a productive workplace that drives the business forward.
 

Responsibilities:
● Develop, design, and implementation of short and long term compensation
programs and policies to support OutSystems’ business strategy
● Remain current on EMEA compensation technical solutions and market best
practices.
● Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure competitive hiring packages as well as to keep a market pulse on a real-time basis
● Partner with the corporate Total Rewards team on the annual compensation
planning solutions and assist in execution on global compensation and benefit
programs.
● Convert data outcomes into insights and executive ready presentations
● Monitor the effectiveness of existing internal compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending revisions that maintain competitiveness and fiscal responsibility.
● Maintain our new job family structure including job leveling and job catalog and market pricing.
● Provide comp consulting to client groups to meet business needs
● Review and harmonize the benefits offering (car policies, meal vouchers, insurance, etc.) in EMEA countries.
● Ensure transparency and effective communication of total rewards policies across the EMEA organization.
● Manage all vendor relationships within EMEA benefits
● Incorporate compensation and benefits opportunities, career frameworks, and work/life benefits

 

Requirements:
● Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 10+ years of compensation experience.
● Demonstrated ability to evaluate, design and recommend market competitive programs aligned to business strategy.
● Work regularly and comfortably with high-level individual contributors and leaders across multiple functions. Track record of influencing at the senior leadership level.
● Extensive experience with EMEA compensation best practices
● Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and distill complex issues.
● Self-motivated and ability to work well within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
● Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills.
● Workday preferable
