We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, supporting, and improving moderate to high complexity test systems and equipment for valves and actuators products. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and technicians, and contributing to process improvements within the department
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Design, support, improve, and test moderate to high complexity test systems and equipment, ensuring designs meet testability and reliability criteria
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the detailed phases of test projects
• Contribute to the creation and evaluation of new product test requirements, test strategies, and provide estimates for new test equipment
• Participate in test data analysis and investigate root causes of unknown tested unit performance
• Maintain high quality of test results and ensure data integrity
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering or related field
• More than 4 years of proven experience in a relevant industry
• Proficiency in reading and creating hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements to meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze and process signals from various sensors
• Knowledge of metrology principles
NICE TO HAVE:
• Knowledge of metrology principles
• Knowledge of LabVIEW
• Basic understanding of servovalves (electro-hydraulic, electro-pneumatic) and hydraulic actuators (single/double acting)
• Knowledge of supervisory controls, such and PLCs
• Basic knowledge of valves (metering, shut-off, bypass, etc.)
