The ARIS Senior Technical Solution Consultant will join the Netherlands Professional Services Business Unit and has responsibility for the design, development, testing and delivery of Customer based ARIS solutions and configurations. The role will likely require frequent travel to customer site and other SAG offices.

Essential Functions

• Lead workshops for Customers

• Gather ARIS functional requirements, being able to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions

• Develop, deliver and test solutions

• Prepare technical documentation and manuals for Customers

• Setup automated testing

• Support team leaders in tasks estimation

• Lead ARIS technical training and provide coaching on the job to Customers

• Present ARIS platform and ARIS solutions to Customers

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience within a Software or Consulting organization, with a minimum of 3 years system development and testing

• Knowledge and demonstrable experience in Business & IT transformation including experience in ARIS implementation or other BPA tools support/implementation projects

• Experience on Quality Management system implementations in compliance relevant environments

• Technical Skills

  • Java programming

  • Web technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, React)

  • REST API

  • Data management and architecture

  • XML, JSON data notations

  • Automated testing

  • Source control

• Knowledge of ARIS Suite

  • ARIS Process Governance ARIS Architect/Designer

  • ARIS Connect

  • ARIS Architect/Designer

  • ARIS AWARE Dashboard

  • ARIS Java based script reporting

  • ARIS Governance, Risk & Compliance (ARCM)

  • ARIS Process Mining

• Knowledge of Business Process Modelling

  • Business Process Modelling Notations

  • Process framework (for example APQC)

  • ArchiMate framework
