Job Summary
May Mobility is entering an exciting phase of growth and our team is expanding quickly. We are looking for a highly-motivated Senior Technical Recruiter II with a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful work. The role will initially report directly to the Chief People Officer; later, the Director of Recruiting.
Essential Responsibilities
- Build deep partnerships with hiring managers and executives to understand organizational needs, define requirements (time to hire, location, budget), and make incredible hires against the company’s hiring plans
- Analyze relevant data and trends to provide insight and set plans to meet hiring goals, connecting these insights to drive conversations that address broad hiring issues
- Develop creative sourcing strategies that not only find top talent but tell the May Mobility story in a compelling way
- Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and drive the interview process from end to end
- Organize and facilitate role kickoffs and interview debriefs, helping to guide and drive timely decision making
- Own the offer approval, extension, and negotiation process, and effectively close prospective candidates
- Create and maintain an amazing candidate experience at all phases of the relationship by proactively identifying factors that may adversely impact the candidate
- Track candidate activity and share updates with internal stakeholders
- Represent May Mobility’s mission, values, and technical edge at university and industry events, on social platforms, and in 1:1 conversations with talent
- Ability to mentor and coach other recruiters on the team
- Apply deep knowledge of competitor opportunities to differentiate May Mobility’s unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards to deliver a compelling message that conveys the most significant motivators to prospective candidates
- Use data and metrics, and an understanding of the long-term business requirements to advise on the implications of talent gaps
- Consults on critical talent needs and opportunities and serve as a trusted TA SME

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates most successful in this role typically hold the following qualifications or comparable knowledge or experience:
Required
- 7+ years experience with full-cycle recruitment at a high-growth technology company
- Ability to successfully manage a high req load
- Experience hiring in distributed teams or across time zones
- Direct experience sourcing, screening and recruiting top-tier technical candidates and non-technical candidates alike
- Expertise in sourcing using LinkedIn and other social media channels
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors, including recruiting candidates from a nationwide search
- Demonstrated ability to build pipelines from scratch, over and over again to find the absolute best people for the team
- High degree of comfort with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
- Attention to detail, you don’t let anything fall through the cracks
- Expert communication skills, verbal and written
- Understanding the value of company culture and values in hiring
- Greenhouse (or similar Applicant Tracking System) pro
- A passion for candidate experience
- Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates, leaders, and hiring teams
- A sense of ownership and accountability for the roles you own
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Desirable
- Engineering or technical background
- Experience in the AV/EV/mobility industry and/or technology & software space
- Google Suite power user
- Experience using Pequity (or similar Compensation Management Platform)

Salary Range
$115,000—$165,000 USD
