Overview:
Manages high priority projects affecting three or more businesses or functional areas, or complex projects affecting multiple businesses or functional areas.
Manages changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance.
Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the development and delivery of targeted training programs for cloud and data center migration and modernization, with a focus on Azure and infrastructure automation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams assess specific skill gaps and prioritize learning needs.

Curate technical training that reflects opinionated content, M&T-specific practices, tools, and workflows.

Serve as a bridge between technical subject matter experts and learning audiences to ensure practical, relevant, and impactful content.

Design learning paths tailored to various technical roles (e.g., cloud engineers, network engineers, DevOps, platform teams).

Apply project management skills to organize training rollouts, track progress, and report on training effectiveness.

Maintain an evolving training backlog aligned with our modernization roadmap and skill readiness goals.

Promote a culture of continuous learning by organizing hands-on labs, lunch & learns, and knowledge-sharing sessions via a Training Guild.
Supervisory/ Managerial Responsibilities:
Contributes to technical/professional direction for a discipline
Education and Experience Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years’ proven project management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ project management experience.

Strong technical knowledge of Azure cloud services.

Demonstrated ability to curate and deliver technical training based on internal tooling, standards, and workflows.

Solid project management skills – able to prioritize, coordinate, and drive training efforts across multiple teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to synthesize complex topics and work across disciplines.

Experience with building internal documentation or knowledge bases.

Passion for developing others and making technical learning approachable, relevant, and directly applicable.
Education and Experience Preferred:

Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, preferably Terraform and Ansible.

Experience in cloud migration and modernization projects – ideally in enterprise environments.
