The Opportunity
We are hiring a team of technical program managers to scale up Incode as a company!
In this role, you will act as the central link between product and engineering teams, driving operational excellence and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Depending on your leadership, technical skills, business acumen and collaborating with teams across the US, Mexico, and Serbia, you’ll play a key role in streamlining processes, fostering collaboration, and meeting the needs of enterprise clients.
Your work will directly impact Incode’s ability to innovate and deliver its world-class identity solutions, supporting our mission to build trust and safety in the digital world.
What you’ll Own
- Drive the Engineering Rhythm of Business (RoB) to ensure consistent and predictable processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, and teams to align on requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage the software development release process plan and orchestration.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and agile environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.
- Act as a key communication bridge between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks hindering productivity and team progress.

About You
- Experience: 5+ years in program management roles within software or technology companies, managing global teams across multiple regions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proven track record in Agile processes and managing scrum teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to navigate complex projects.
- Ability to drive alignment between product and engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and tools.
- Specialization / Nice to Have:
- *Some of the technical program managers will specialize on the following:

- Third Party Vendor Management: Evaluate across vendors and drive value optimizations . You’ll be supported by both a procurement and legal team.
- On Prem Deployments : Establish the cross collaboration and technical dependencies for on prem deployments. Evaluate set-up and maintenance costs . You’ll be supported by a site reliability engineering team, engineering, and customer success.
- Release Process : Establish best practices across teams to support software engineering enterprise release processes and QA orchestration. You’ll be supported by a QA team and release analysts.
- Global Launch Management : Establish launch process of new product introductions for enterprise customer. You’ll be supported by a marketing, sales, and product team.
In One Month You Will
- Gain a deep understanding of Incode’s engineering operations and processes.
- Build strong relationships with product and engineering teams across regions.
- Establish clear priorities and a backlog of work for operational improvements.
Within Three Months You Will
- Take ownership of the Engineering Rhythm of Business and implement improvements.
- Actively manage and monitor key projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Begin optimizing the release cycle to meet enterprise client expectations.
Within Six Months You Will
- Demonstrate expertise in engineering operations and program management.
- Identify and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted partner to product and engineering leaders.
