We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager who will be part of our Product Team and help drive our go-to-market strategy. We are looking for an excellent storyteller to work cross-functionally with the product, sales, marketing, design, enablement, and customer success teams to create product messaging and positioning that redefines industry expectations and communicates the value of our highly technical solutions. We have an incredible, maybe even the best product, and we need the right product marketer to help us tell that story.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of guiding competitive positioning and strategy while thinking two steps ahead of industry trends. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Technical Product Marketing Manager who is comfortable working with devices, integrations, and SaaS products, helping organize and manage our product launches, preparing materials to train our GTM teams on the latest Netradyne use cases, and much more.

 About You:

You thrive in a start-up environment and can navigate ambiguity. We need a highly motivated self-starter who can manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Biased towards action, you are results-oriented and data-driven and excited about problem-solving and working cross-functionally.

What You'll Do:

  • New product adoption/awareness 
  • Sales and customer enablement activities including
    • New product/enhancement training
  • Competitive analysis and insights 
  • Bottoms up messaging and positioning on key tech superiority
  • Understand how the product and features work at the core; able to write and teach others about the value that this brings to fleets
  • Understand how the product and feature works with other products to create a holistic solution; able to write and teach others about the value that this brings to fleets
  • This relies on understanding the use cases for how fleets use the features/products
  • Aid in the execution and improvement of the GTM steps of the company
  • Develop clear positioning and messaging around our key products and features - develop a compelling narrative and value proposition for the company’s products and communicate our competitive edge.
  • Conduct customer and persona and ICP research for various initiatives
  • Support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Digital Marketing, Product Management, and Sales
  • Work closely with industry experts to ensure effective thought leadership and ongoing relevance in the market.
  • Lead product launches in partnership with cross-functional teams.

 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of work experience in a product marketing function
  • Someone who up-levels the team and company, not just fills a gap.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, a high-energy go-getter
  • Strong project management skills
  • Previous experience in series D funding level companies or higher
  • Location: San Diego or San Francisco - Hybrid

 Economic Package Includes:

  • Salary $150,000—$185,000

San Diego Pay Range

$150,000$185,000 USD
