Our Digital Team partners with business units and clients to develop software and technical innovation. As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements captured as features. Partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning a product roadmap outlining the product's evolution, including key milestones, feature releases, and timelines.
  • Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to execution and release.
  • Have the accountability for the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the product line and key stakeholders.
  • Prioritizing continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
  • Communicating and collaborating with product line and external vendors. Coordinating of change management.
  • Championing Agile principles and practices within the product development process, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Owning and managing the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that several sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
  • Engaging frequently with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation.
  • Collaborating with UX in design decisions, demonstrating deep understanding of technology stack and impact on final product.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance and identify process improvements.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
  • Eager to take the initiative to solve problems. Ownership mindset. Driven and determined to deliver.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be a graduate in Computer Science.
  • Have minimum 15- 20 yrs of professional experience with experience in Product management.
  • Have experience in building road maps and product vision.
  • Preferred to have experience in Commercial C/C++/C# development for Windows Desktop
  • Preferred to have understanding of .NET architecture (.NET Framework, .NET Core, WPF)
