Position Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and execution of our SaaS platform’s applications and services. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience, translating strategic goals into actionable deliverables. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, architecture, security, SRE, and R&D, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions. Your leadership and technical expertise will ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs, helping to define, refine, and execute a roadmap that transforms ideas into reality. The technologies in focus are Information Retrieval technologies like Elasticsearch and data analytics, as well as modern AI inference stack enabling LLM features with RAG and semantic search.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, architects, security, SRE, and R&D, to refine platform requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Roadmap Execution: Define, groom, and execute a detailed product roadmap, translating strategic goals into clear epics and actionable user-stories.
  • Monitoring & Risk Management: Monitor execution, manage risks and tech-debt, and proactively address obstacles to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Technical Design: Leverage technical expertise to design innovative and scalable platform features.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by understanding competitive products and evolving customer needs.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for open, frictionless, and developer-friendly architecture to foster adoption.
  • Representation: Represent the product in customer meetings, status updates, and demos.
  • Communication: Develop collateral, such as demos, newsletters, and release notes, to communicate updates effectively.
  • Innovation: Work on adding new AI features that will drive investigator insight.

You will be at the forefront of digital investigations innovation, driving AI-powered features and enhancing platform capabilities. Your leadership will shape investigator tools that improve efficiency and effectiveness. By collaborating with talented teams, you will directly impact Cellebrite’s ability to deliver groundbreaking digital intelligence solutions, making a tangible difference in investigative processes.



Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in product management with a focus on SaaS platforms and services, working on product with $10M+ ARR.
  • Technical Expertise: Sound understanding of modern software architectures, APIs, and cloud technologies, preferably within the AWS ecosystem, enough to facilitate discussion between architects, UX, and developers in order to find optimal solutions.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Track record of engaging with customers to refine requirements and deliver impactful features.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • User Journey Understanding: Ability to understand and plan features in the context of user journeys and user intent.
  • Visual Communication: Strong ability to communicate ideas visually using wireframes or tools like Figma.
  • Problem-Solving: Innovative thinker with a passion for tackling challenges and driving improvements.
  • AI Expertise: Ability to harness AI heavily in your work using tools like ChatGPT for general AI consulting and work, and specialized AI tools for rapid prototyping such as Bolt.new or Replit.
  • Background: Strong background in at least one of the following:
  • Front-end software development
  • QA engineering for a user-facing product
  • UI/UX expertise
  • Preferred: Active contributor to a technology-based community (e.g., Medium blog, Stack Overflow, YouTube channel).
